Allow me to introduce myself to you and the services available through EmanElon Kleaning Solutions, LLC. (Dec. 2013) Currently doing business as Carolina Management Services (“CMS”).
CMS was originally created to manage my personal properties. It has since evolved into a community development effort that encourages tenants to establish themselves in positions to become property owners. Along with this, my efforts also include hiring neighborhood youth to perform small jobs (i.e., grass cutting, raking leaves, trash pickup, etc.), advising current property owners on property repairs and improvements, and other community development related areas.
EmanElon Kleaning Solutions, LLC emerged from these efforts by investing in a cleaning franchise JanPro International Cleaning Services in 2006’. Our diverse background includes over 20 years in supervisory/management experience in both Industry & Military, State of ILL Professional License (R/E Agent & Broker), Cleaning experience dating back to early teen years to more recently the last sixteen years with JanPro. In the sixteen years with JanPro our knowledge and desire to provide our clients with a professional, quality service at a reasonable price has allowed us to increase our client based by six. The Franchise office often ask us to take over troubled accounts due to their confidence in our skills, ability & the customer relationships we develop with our clients.
